KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES主要职责
1、Assist BD team and site manager to fulfill marketing target and collect receivables on time
协助销售团队和仓库经理完成经营指标任务并及时回收货款。
1.1 Assist BD team and site manager to fulfill site business target and department marketing target. 协助销售团队和仓库经理完成site经营任务,完成部门各种市场目标;
1.2 Carry out business development planning and new business development tasks.
参与业务拓展计划并积极参与新业务的拓展;
1.3 Assist BD team and finance team to fulfill receivables on time
协助销售团队和财务团队按时完成应收账款到帐任务。
2、Communicate with and accept the assignments from the direct superviory management, finish the tasks on time积极与领导沟通,主动接受直属上级领导,落实业务工作计划。
2.1Organize and implement the links of marketing job, carry out marketing activities according to plans.
组织、落实各业务环节,按计划进行日常业务活动;
2.2Finish annual and quarterly marketing activity report (including customer information, market dynamics, market analysis, industry trend analysis, etc.), put forward business development proposals, collect accurate information about competitors and submit to management for reference参与完成季度、年度业务工作报告(包括客户情况分析、市场动态、市场分析、未来发展分析等),并提出业务拓展建议;搜集竞争对手的准确信息,及时提供给上级主管。
2.3Explain to the customers the related laws, regulations and policies of the government on cold storage, advise customers and ask them to provide the necessary supporting documents
向客户宣传、解释国家有关存储商品的有关法律法规及政策,负责向客户通报、追收有关客户必须提供的证明文件。
2.4Arrange the work of business development staff properly to ensure the efficiency
合理安排工作,使工作高效、有序;
2.5Communicate with the document office in a timely way to master the latest information about the customers, report immediately to the management in case of any abnormal situation
及时与单证开票处联系,及时了解客户的最新情况,如有异常情况,立即向上级汇报;
2.6Maintain the company image and the company brand
塑造公司形象,维护公司品牌。
3、Communicate with customers and sign business contracts
客户联系与合同签订。
3.1Communicate with customers, keep close contact with customers, visit responsible customers at least once every 10 days and keep customer visiting records, feedback customer information to the management in a timely way
做好与客户日常沟通和交流,保持密切联系,了解客户需求,处理客户投诉;通过电话、登门等方式,进行客户拜访并做好拜访记录,及时向上级主管汇报。
3.2Conduct research on customers for business negotiations (including customers‘ qualification, business license, working place and working surroundings, etc.)
进行业务洽谈调查工作(包括客户的资质评审、经营许可文件,办公地址及办公环境等);
3.3Sign business contracts, identify customer requirements, ensure the contracts are legal, valid and timely
做好业务合同签订工作,识别客户要求,按程序评审合同,确保合同的合法性及有效性、及时性;
3.4Establish contract register建立合同台账。
3.5Take part in customer service project drafting. 参与客户服务方案的拟定。
4、Collect and summarize customer information整理和编制客户资料。
4.1Establish customer profiles
建立客户档案
5、Finish other assignments from the management. i.e. customers visiting and reception, different marketing activities and marketing information collecting.
完成上级主管临时交办的其他任务。如客户拜访安排与接待、参加各类市场展销活动、市场讯息收集等
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE技能,知识及经验
1、Master degree in sales, logistic management and international trade or other related major is preferred.
大专以上学历,市场营销、物流管理、国际贸易等相关专业优先考虑;
2、3-year experience in customer servicemanagement. Experience in clod chain or logistic industry is preferred.
,3年以上客户管理工作经验,,具有冷链,物流行业工作经验优先考虑;
3、Be familiar with Office software to make different files or sheet.
熟练使用Office办公软件制作各种文档和报表;
4、Good command of both of spoken and written English.
良好的英语听说读写能力;
5、Effective communication skills, good ability of coordination and good sense of customer service.
具有优秀的沟通、协调能力,良好的客户服务意识;
6、Excellent execution and planning ability and able to solve emergency issues.
