Requirements：
- 机械电子工程大学学历
- 汽车制造业相关工作经验
- 英语流利
- 对项目管理有很好的理解能力，具备组织和领导能力
- 关键技巧: 国际环境中独立自主地开展工作，具有创新精神、团队合作精神、积极的工作态度
- University degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Experience in an industrial automotive is considered as an asset
- Fluent English is a must
- Good understanding of project management -organizational and leadership skills are a plus
- Key skills: ability to work autonomously in an international environment; creativity, team spirit and a pro-active attitude are imperative

Responsibilities：
- 负责一种或几种产品组
- 通过持续改进不断提高生产线安全，产品质量和生产线产能
- 对生产线领班提供支持，解决生产工序和产品上出现的技术问题
- 负责作业指导书/制造说明的更新，并确保领班和操作人员能正确理解相关内容
- 全面负责生产线上出现的技术问题
- 就作业指导书等问题与总部进行沟通，解决问题
- 负责客户在生产现场的审核工作
- 完成生产工程师主管下达的各项工作
- Is fully responsible for one/some kind of products
- Organises the production in order to optimise the safety, quality and the productivity.
- Supports the foreman for technical issues related to product or process.
- Takes care responsibility for industrial issues
- Is responsible for the update and the good understanding of the Work Instructions and manufacturing instructions.
- Is the contact person for headquater concerning work instruction issues.
- takes care to provide the required machines and devices to the production's need, perform the calibration according to the release procedures.
- Is able to lead the customer audit for manufacturing side
- Be responsible for accomplishing the tasks from manufacturing engineering supervisor
