Responsibilities:
1.Provides for overall technical and personnel responsibility for specific methods and equipments to support /guarantee IEE‘s mass production within the time limits of specific internal/ external programs
2.Gathers, analyses and amends information, technical specification about IEE‘s products, relevant technical equipment on the market, common technical methods etc. to support IEE‘s efforts to keep and improve the technical and quality market leadership
3.Insures that it‘s personal contribution within the team meets all quality and functional requirements within the expected timing
4.Supports the Team Leader New Process Development to reach the department goals within IEE‘s global company strategy


Requirements:
1.Electrical or mechanical profile university, technical college or physicist degree
2.Good understanding of mechanics, process development, automation methods, handling methods of manufacturing of plastic based products
3.Good understanding of project management
4.Organisational and team oriented skills
5.At least three years of relevant experience in a automotive or a similar environment
6.Experience in office processing software, AutoCAD and other common software
7.Good command of English both in Oral and written
