Responsible for supervision of the harness production in order to ensure optimum
supply to the customer with respect to quality, quantity, and keeping of deadlines
Personnel arrangement and production planning
Keeping optimalize the production technology procedures
Play a key role for company strategic decision
To communicate and cooperate with other departments
Guarantee the installed equipments in the workshop can be regular inspected and maintained
Administration and supervision for the staff under DAC4
Under the General Manager’s authorization, has the right to remote or demote the position of the staff under DAC4

1. Education:
Technical education and job experience
Universitz degree in technical, production- field
Or: minimum 5 years of respective experience within DRX-Group

2. Experience (incl.any specialised DRX experience):

Minimum 2 years in leadership position


3. Knowledge and Skills:
Quick understanding of complex matters
Ability for team work
Personnel leadership abilities
Ability to take stress, communication skills
