Responsibility岗位职责:
1. 负责翻译、更新、完善作业指导书，如PO , AI, LFBC, TH53 , SAW等。Translating, updating and completing work instructions, such as PO , AI, LFBC, TH53 , SAW etc
2. 文件Documentation
评价、批准生产数据包和技术作业指导书。确保产品严格按照具体流程，以满足顾客需求，及时解决装配过程中的问题。Evaluate and approve manufacturing data packages and technical work instructions. Ensure products are assembled strictly with the process specified to meet customer's requirements and solve the assembly process problem promptly
3. 解决问题Problem Solving
a) 根据实际操作经验改良作业指导书Improve work instructions by operation experience
b) 根据作业指导书，给操作员提供技术培训Provide technical training to operators according to the work instruction
c) 与顾客、设计团队沟通，为解决车间的问题提供解决方案。Communicate with customers, design team to confirm resolutions for shop floor problem
操作员的第一联系人First point of contact for operators
4. 质量Quality
a) 协助质量部门进行技术分析从而为质量问题提供解决方案Assist quality with technical analysis to provide resolutions to quality issues
b) 通过监控质量数据减少人为组装失误，并采取纠正和预防措施，以改进或纠正操作行为。Reduce manual assembly scrap by monitoring quality data and taking corrective and preventive action to improve or correct the operations
首件检验的发起并保证按照相关要求进行首件检验。Initiate FAI and ensure FAI been done according to the related requirements
5. 支持新产品引进
Support new product introductions
创建新文件，如设备操作指导书
Create new documents such as equipment operating instructions
检查技术文件
Review and check technical documents
6. 新工具和设备的授权（与设备部门）。参与识别新设备和工具的需求，使之即刻生效。
Certification of new tooling and equipments. (with maintenance department）Participate in identifying the needs of new equipment and tool, validate it at the beginning.
7. 为生产技术支持专员和生产技术支持助理提供在职培训
Provide on job training to PTS Specialist and PTS Assistant
8.公司代表安排的其他工作。
Any other duties as assigned by the company representatives.
Requirements任职资格:
--大学本科学历，工业工程，电子，电气，机械，机电相关专业
Bachelor degree and major in industrial engineering, electron, electric, mechanism, electromechanical, etc.
--3年以上相关工作经验，熟悉生产流程
Has at least 3 years' experience in relative field. Be familiar with production flow.
--Wire & Cable production. 线束生产
Basis Lean manufacture knowledge精益知识
Knowledge of MDP document Drawing such as 2D, 3D绘图软件2D,3D知识
knowledge of MDP文件知识
Tooling knowledge and able to understand and implement and improve calibration requirements.工具知识并执行改进校验要求
Material knowledge and able to identify the character of received materials.材料知识并能识别物料的特性
--Good at listening, speaking, reading and writing in English,良好的英语听说读写
--Good Communication Skills and Teamwork良好的沟通和团队合作
--Quick learner快速学习能力
--Proven training skills丰富的培训技巧
