岗位职责:
1.遵守公司的质量方针、手册、程序和各种指导书；对自己的工作质量负责；正视任何质量问题、报告错误并对职责范围内的任何失误采取预防或纠正措施；进行持续的质量改进。
Comply with quality policy, manual, procedure and all kinds of working instruction. Take responsibility for the quality of the work done by yourself. Be open for any quality mistakes, report errors and take preventive or corrective actions for any mistakes in your area of responsibility. Contribute to continuous quality improvement.
2.在一定项目内负责建立/维护/优化文件化质量控制流程。
Establish /maintain /optimize the flow of documentation quality control process in certain program
3.在一定项目内负责处理客户抱怨和内部质量问题。
Deal with customer complaint and internal quality issue in certain program
4.当需要时，执行内部审核。
When necessary, conduct internal audit.
5.不合格品（原材料和过程）判定和作为MRB重要成员
Work for the evaluation of rejected products. (raw material and process) and as the key member of MRB
6.所属范围质量意识推进并提供相应培训
Be responsible for the improvement of quality consciousness within the restraints of one’s position and supply the corresponding training.
7.所属范围质量报告准备及向管理层做相应汇报
Make quality report under responsible program and report to MT.
8.参与新产品投产(FAI)并追踪相应措施状态。
Participate in first article inspection(FAI) and track actions on the findings detected in the phase.
9.在所负责的项目内，与荷兰乃至客户进行相应沟通。
Communicate with FE-NL even customer for quality issue when necessary.
10.执行安全方针和政策，使之符合安全管理体系。包括：
a)积极参与公司的各项安全活动。
b)报告各种危害和不安全的行为。
c)营造和共建积极的安全文化氛围。
Adhere to Safety procedure and policies in accordance with safety management system. Including:
a) Active participation and contribution to specific safety initiatives in meetings.
b) Report all hazardous and unsafe acts.
c) Actively promote positive safety culture.
11.公司代表安排的其他工作。
Any other duties as assigned by the company representatives.


任职资格:
大专，电子电气专业或技校毕业多年相关产品经验
College, major in electron or electric, or technical school with several years’ experience.
3年以上相关工作经验
With 3 years related experience.
满足EH02中审核员的要求，MRB QA的要求，熟悉质量工具8D和过程分析方法， 对质量体系AS9100和相关航空要求比较了解。
Meet requirements in EH02 about internal auditor, MRB QA, familiar with quality tooling such as 8D, process analysis method， have good understanding about AS9100 and related aviation regulations.
英语较好，计算机良好，很好沟通协调能力，团队协作
Be good at English and computer. Be skillful in communication and team work.
