职责：
1. 负责公司所售设备安装及调试；
2. 对客户提供技术支持以及维修服务，能够根据电气图纸分析问题并及时处理问题;
3. 对客户进行服务拜访，培训客户如何使用调试端子压接模具，如何正确使用和维护设备，以及如何更换零配件等等。

要求：
1. 大专学历以上， 机械电子工程/机电一体化，或自动化，英语四级，能用英文进行电子邮件和电话沟通；
2. 熟知PLC控制，模拟量输入/输出模块，变频器，步进马达，伺服控制技术及伺服马达，和人机界面及触摸屏，熟悉电路，气路控制；
3. 二年以上自动化设备售后服务及维修经验，能维修数控加工中心或全自动端子机优先；
4. 团队合作，优秀的沟通能力；
5. 熟练应用办公软件， 如， Word、 Excel、 PowerPoint；
6.能适应出差和不定时加班
7. 有驾照优先

Responsibilities include:

1. Arrange machine set-up and training at customers’ location.
2. Provide technical services and technical supports to our customers, and trouble shooting. Have a logical thinking to diagnose the equipment to find out the problems with machines.
3. Attend field service calls. This service will include on-site preparations, repairs and preventative maintenance work, parts replacement, relocations and modifications, etc.


Requirements:
1. diploma or above educational qualification, CET4, and be able to write and speak English.
2. Major in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, automation or other related background.
Good technique know-how in mechanical and electrical basics
3. Two year technical service experiences in machinery industry;Knowledge of automatic machine or wire
harness industry is a plus
4. Team spirit is a MUST
5. Standard knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint are required
6. Able to go to business trip and work overtime timely
7. A prior consideration to the one who has driver’s license
