岗位职责: Objective of Job
* Supervising / coordinating the development of components / modules and systems with a variety of functions, links and interfaces, taking into account new technologies including the coordination of related experiments

Principle Activities
* Acting as an internal and external contact within your own area of expertise; participation in internal working groups
* Creating internal publications (e.g. specifications, etc.) and, if necessary, presentation (internal)
* Recognizing general training needs within the company's own field of expertise; planning and performing internal and external trainings on complex topics in home country and abroad
* Support in the definition and optimization of internal standards and processes within your own expertise area (e.g. development of new functional instructions, etc.)
* Observing / identifying trends in the field of concept development; proposal for negotiation recommendations (e.g. testing / applying new technologies, etc.)
* Performing focus on conceptual activities within the technical field
* Coordinating and specifying measures and proposals to achieve development goals
* Evaluation of design drafts and drawings
* Design / let design, evaluating and coordinating constructive solutions (internal / external)
* Defining, coordinating and, if necessary, modifying technical requirements for components / modules and systems (e.g. with regard to function, installation, costs, weight, etc.)
* Checking and evaluating development progress; if necessary, initiating corrective measures
* Coordinating Tests (e.g. preparing assembly groups and systems for testing, design, making and setting up experimental facilities, etc.)
* Trial new test facilities
* Supporting purchasing in evaluating and selecting suppliers and contract arrangement
* Checking, detailing and, if necessary, adjusting scheduling, cost and capacity plans
* Ensuring the timing, function, assembly and cost-effective allocation of components / modules in development
* Ensuring compliance with given development goals; if necessary, initiating corrective actions
* Coordinating / monitoring tests, interpreting test results and coordinating / checking constructive implementations
* Controlling drawings or data sets; ensuring the preparation of documentation
* Leading Vobes competence improvement, providing FMK proposals

Job and Work Requirements
* Bachelor/Master of Eng., in automotive or related areas
* Experiences in wiring harness design and/or production for 3-5 years
* Good knowledge of vehicle development process, vehicle architecture, electrical system, wiring harness and related components
* Ability of diagnosing and troubleshooting for harness issues
* Good oral and written skills in English, German is a plus
* Good PC skills
* Good CAD skills
