工作职责：

1.与欧洲专家进行硬件方面的协同开发，包括：

- 客户需求（要求）分析，电磁兼容与电气性能分析与验证，差距分析，硬件变更评估，解决方案，计划和报价。

- 原理图设计，器件计算与选型，仿真（根据客户要求最坏情况假定等）。

- 给安全相关的产品进行硬件布板设计，需要结合汽车电子行业的标准和规范及客户要求，设计可制造性，电磁兼容原则来进行。

- FMEDA 测试和分析，用于功能安全的分析与评估度量。（IATF26262标准）。

2. 针对ECU量产和开发阶段的软件测试，开发自动化测试工具。

3. 与客户及欧洲专家一起进行设计与布局布线评审。

4. 组织设计阶段的验证和量产件的验证，包括电磁兼容测试计划，在第三方试验室进行电磁兼容测试，现场失效分析和电磁兼容改进，评审和提交报告给客户。

5. 新概念/新技术产品的可行性分析和验证，饭知原型机设计与实现，验证，相关联的工具的开发。

6. 与IEE全球的不同区域的项目进行协同(包括欧洲，日本，韩国，美国) 。

7. 保证文档的评审和存放按照硬件开发流程来进行。

8. 与欧洲研发中心的项目，产品，计划等保持协同。

教育和技能背景

- 本科及以上学历，电子信息工程专业，通信专业，自动化专业等。

- 很好的英语读写能力（因为欧洲专家培训语言为英语）

- 很好的原理图和PCB布局能力，使用Eagle 或者 Altium Designer 或者其他 CAD 工具.

- 很好的PCB样品焊接能力，功能检查，硬件除错能力，以及协助软件组的能力。

- 很好的基础元件参数理解与应用能力。包括（电阻，电容，二极管，三极管，MOS管等）

- 很好的bug分析能力，除错能力，在板级和系统互联级级别。

- 很好的模拟电路知识和数字电路知识。

- 很好的学习，并解释给客户，同事等的能力。

经验要求：

1. 工业环境下的电子部件开发的经验（汽车电子行业的优先）

2. 至少一个产品或者部件进入批量生产供货的经验的优先。

3. 具有以下知识技术储备的优先：

- 可靠性，高质量意识

- 电容测量电路(0.1pF 以上分辨能力)

- 雷达技术24GHz 或79GHz

- CAN/LIN/K-Line/GMLAN

- 知名车企国内车企的电磁兼容或电气性能测试规范

Essential responsibilities

1. Hardware development in cooperation with European experts, including:

- Customer requirement analysis, EMC/Electrical performance and validation requirement, gap analysis, engineering estimation, solution and plan and RFQs.

- Schematic design, components calculation and selection and simulation considering customer requirement and worst-case assumption.

- Layout of PCB for safety electronics according automotive standard and customer requirement and DFM, EMC rules and so on.

- FMEDA test and analysis for function safety analysis and assessment.

2. Development of automatic testing tools for ECU and SW validation team.

- Conduct design and layout design reviews with customer and European experts.

- Design validation and product validation organization, including EMC/electrical test plan, support the test in 3rd lab, failure analysis and EMC improvement solution, reporting to customer.

- Feasibility design and verification for new concept/ new technology of products, prototype design and realization and verification, including the related tools development.

- Organize project activities cooperate with IEE global regions. (Japan, Korea, Germany, France and USA.)

- Ensure document reviews are followed according the HW Dev. Process.

3. Tech interface between customer, IEE local and IEE European team.

-Coordination with European projects, products, plans.

Education and skills

- University degree in engineering, electronics or informatics.

- Good written and oral English.

- Good at schematic design and PCB layout design, using Eagle or Altium Designer or other CAD tools.

- Good PCB assembling ability, function check and HW debug or cooperate with SW team.

- Good knowledge of basic component and their calculations on parameter.

- Good bug analysis knowledges, debug skills on board level and system interconnection level.

- Good knowledge at analog circuit and digital circuit.

- Good learning skills and explanation skills.

Experience

1. Experience at electronics system hardware design in an industrial environment (automotive would be an asset).

2. At least one entire project/product experience which is already in mass production would be an asset.

3. Knowledge of the following tech/standard/specification would be an asset:

- Reliability and quality

- Capacitance measurement circuit. (0.1pF resolution)

- Radar on 24GHz or 79GHz

- CAN/LIN/K-Line/GMLAN

- EMC/electrical test spec of world famous car OEM or Chinese OEM
