岗位职责:

1. 负责翻译、更新、完善作业指导书，如PO , AI, LFBC, TH53 , SAW等。
2. 文件
评价、批准生产数据包和技术作业指导书。确保产品严格按照客户需求装配，及时解决装配过程中的问题。

3. 解决问题
a)　　根据实际操作经验改良作业指导书
b)　　根据作业指导书，给操作员提供技术培训

c)　　与顾客、设计团队沟通，为解决车间的问题提供解决方案。

4.操作员的第一联系人
5. 质量
a)　　协助质量部门进行技术分析从而为质量问题提供解决方案

b)　　通过监控质量数据减少人为组装失误，并采取纠正和预防措施，以改进或纠正操作行为。

c) 首件检验的发起并保证按照相关要求进行首件检验。
6. 公司代表安排的其他工作。

任职资格:

大专以上学历.
具备两年以上生产型车间工作经验，熟悉生产流程；电子、自动化、机械等专业优秀应届毕业生也可
线束生产知识
绘图软件2D,3D知识
文件知识
较好的英语读写能力
熟练使用OFFICE办公软件，良好的沟通能力

Responsibility:

1. Final Responsibility for translating, updating and completing work instructions,
such as PO , AI, LFBC, TH53 , SAW etc
2. Documentation
Evaluate and approve manufacturing data packages and technical work instructions. Ensure products are assembled strictly with the process specified to meet customer's requirements and solve the assembly process problem promptly
3. Problem Solving
a)　　Improve work instructions by operation experience
b)　　Provide technical training to operators according to the work instruction
c)　　Communicate with customers, design team to confirm resolutions for shop floor problem
4.First point of contact for operators
5. Quality
a)　　Assist quality with technical analysis to provide resolutions to quality issues
b)　Reduce manual assembly scrap by monitoring quality data and taking corrective and preventive action to improve or correct the operations
c)Initiate FAI and Ensure FAI been done according to the related requirements
5. Any other duties as assigned by the company representatives.

Requirements:

Above college.
More than two years experience of working in workshop. Be familiar with production process
Wire & Cable production.
Knowledge of MDP document Drawing such as 2D, 3D
knowledge of MDP
Have good English skills in reading and writing.
Skilled in Office Software. Be good at communication.
