Job Requirement：

- Implement time study, line balance analysis according to takt time to support VSM improvement project.根据节拍时间开展时间分析，线平衡分析，支持价值流改善项目。
- Implement work measurement, work flow analysis, work combination analysis, motion analysis and layout analysis.执行作业测定、作业流程分析、联合作业分析、动作分析、布局分析等等。
- Support creating VSM and analysis支持价值流图的绘制与分析管理
- IE knowledge/tools training工业工程相关知识和工具培训
- Train team to identify waste and eliminate waste according to IE analysis result such as time study line balance etc. 根据IE分析结果（例如时间分析，线平衡分析等等）培训团队识别浪费并有计划的消除浪费。
- Support creating standard work支持建立标准化工作
- Optimize process by applying IE method使用IE方法优化流程
- Support Small Group activities支持小组活动
- Support productivity improvement project.支持生产率改善项目
- Sharing analysis report and improvement report with team to motivate improvement 与团队成员分享分析和改进报告，激励改进。
-Adhere to Safety procedure and policies in accordance with safety management system. Including:
a) Active participation and contribution to specific safety initiatives in meetings.
b) Report all hazardous and unsafe acts.
c) Actively promote positive safety culture.
执行安全方针和政策，使之符合安全管理体系。包括：
a)积极参与公司的各项安全活动。
b)报告各种危害和不安全的行为。

Responsibilities：
1.Colleges, University degree
本科及以上学历。
2.Understanding and familiar with Lean, and at least 3 years working experience in lean operations and industrial engineering.
理解和熟知精益，至少三年实际操行经验，包括工业工程、精益推广. Understanding and knowledge about TPM
了解TPM知识
3.Familiar with 7 IE tools such as time study； work measurement；line balance； work flow analysis； work combination analysis； motion analysis； layout analysis etc. Lean knowledge about VSM, pull system, continuous flow, SMED analysis 5S，Visual Management etc. RCCA, 5 WHY’s etc
熟练掌握IE7大工具。例如时间分析、作业测定、线平衡、作业流程分析、联合作业分析、动作分析、布局分析等等。具有精益知识包括价值流图，拉动系统，连续流，快速换型,5S, 目视管理等等。具有根本原因分析、5WHY知识等等。
4.Problem analysis and solving skill； project management experience； good English both written and spoken； good communication and coordination ability； team work； Familiar with Microsoft office and Auto CAD software.
具有分析和解决问题的能力, 项目管理经验，较好的英语书面口语表达能力，良好的沟通及协调能力；团队合作意识；熟练使用各种办公、绘图软件。
