职位描述：

1. Lead and be responsible for software development and maintenance in LEO for engineering and production related projects.

2. Participate developing or transfer projects for production or testing station from software prospect.

岗位要求：

1. Must be familiar with programming language, C, VB, LabView, etc.

2. Experience in equipment control, like GPIB or I2C protocol.

3. Experience in automation setup for process and testing station in production line. Maintain production line and testing software with supporting ERP or MES system.

4. Be able to do firmware related subjects would be a big plus.

5. Experience in optoelectronics and communication testing would be a plus.

6. Be able to lead a small team to complete assignment in required schedule.

7. Fluent English communication in both written and spoken.
