职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Develop and maintain Inter-Company Agreements of the IEE-Group worldwide.
        处理IEE全球范围内的各内部公司的相关协议和文件
? Counseling corporate staff as needed and required under the supervisory. Providing necessary link, work, any support needed and requested from Legal Department by other departments of the company, especially Sales, Quality Assurance, Purchasing, Development.
        根据需要和要求为公司员工提供法律咨询。根据需要和要求为公司的其他部门，特别是销售，质量，采购和研发部门，提供必需的帮助和支持。
? Drafting, Checking and maintaining legal files and contracts, e.g. (but not limited to) IEE general Third:

        Framework Agreements 框架协议
        Quality Assurance Agreements 质量保证协议
        Sales Agreement 销售协议
        Service Agreements 服务协议
        Software Licensing Agreements 软件许可协议
? Managing of related legal matters or disputes
        管理和处理相关的法律事务或纠纷
? Assisting in global and local insurance and risk assessment matters and acting as interface to local Chinese insurance companies and insurance broke under.
        协助全球和当地保险和风险评估，作为中国本地保险公司和保险经理人的接口
? Other work arranging by Managing Director China, Head of Legal Department and / or his substitute (Legal Counsel).

Requirements:
? Bachelor degree major in law or equivalent
        大学本科以上，法律及相关专业
? More than 2 years related working experience preferably in / or automotive related e***ironment.
        2年以上汽车或相关行业的工作经验
? Fluency in English is essential.
        熟练的英语水平
? Patent/IP related experience is preferred.
        有专利或知识产权相关经验的优先
? Highly developed organizational, planning and writing skills and oral communication skills as well as the ability to work effectively with others.
       良好的组织，计划和写作技巧，良好的口头交流能力以及与其他同事合作的能力
? Ability to work under stress, interruptions and tight deadlines.
       有良好的抗压能力
? Ability to attend various meetings.
