SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE 技能，知识及经验

1、Master
degree in sales, logistic management and international trade or other related
major is preferred.

大专以上学历，市场营销、物流管理、国际贸易等相关专业优先考虑 ；

2、Five
years working experience in customer service, 3years experience in customer
service management. Experience in clod chain or logistic industry is preferred.

5年以上客户服务,3年以上客户管理工作经验，具有冷链，物流行业工作经验优先考虑 ；

3、Be
familiar with Office software to make different files or sheet.

熟练使用Office办公软件制作各种文档和报表；

4、Good
command of both of spoken and written English.

良好的英语听说读写能力；

5、Effective
communication skills, good ability of coordination and good sense of customer
service.

具有优秀的沟通、协调能力，良好的客户服务意识；

6、Excellent
execution and planning ability and able to solve emergency issues.

具有优秀的执行力和统筹计划能力，应变能力强，善于处理突发紧急事件 ；

7、Quick
thinking and carefully, strong ability of insight and good data analysis
ability.

思维敏捷，细致严谨，洞察力强，具有良好的数据分析能力 ；
