职位描述：
Goal:
Ensure the training and qualification process for our plants at China as per agreement with each of the site managers, the responsible HR departments and international training management. Determine qualification requirements, work out training and qualification modules in compliance with the specific national conditions and implement the modules. Develop ways of cooperating with institutions, educational institutions, schools, universities and government bodies.

Requirement:
* Adequate training/ academic studies
* Several years of experience in training management
* Fluent German or English; language: Standard Mandarin
* Leadership, communication, able to work in a team, organizational skills, able to work under pressure, holistic way of thinking, target-oriented, solution-oriented, intercultural competence
