职位描述：
1. 制作项目报告，分析差异（特别是效率和利用率），持续改善或更新报告以支持生产的改善。协助IPT持续改善公司项目，控制成本，提高效率和时间利用率，降低WIP等。(及时和生产部门/经理/项目控制沟通项目报告和改善)
Make project report, analyze deviations (especially efficiency and utilization), continually improve or update the report to support the productivity. Assistant IPT to continually improve company’s project, control cost, advance efficiency and utilization, lower WIP ect.(communicate in time with project team/manager/project controller about report and improvement);

2. 工时工作。改善/更新工时指导；监督工时记录；指导制作工时报告,对公司录入人员进行技能培训及扩展.
Maintain hour accounting activities. Improve/update hour instruction; monitor the hours registration ;guide make hours report; maintain hour data system(access)

3. 支持公司精益活动财务数据。 Support company for finance lean accounting activities.

4. 支持公司发货的及时和准确,协助解决发货发票制作过程中遇到的各种问题；指导每月发货T100及收入报告,持续改善流程。
Support company’s products delivery can do in time and correctly, solve problems during invoice making; guide monthly shipping T100 and revenue report, continue improve process.

5. 监控Baan系统中的数据和操作的准确和正确性, 发现异常情况时通知相关人员及时更正。
Monitor the data and operation in Baan is correct. Inform involved people to modify when finding anything is abnormal.

6. 作为Baan 超级用户的back up,当负责人不在场时帮助解决一些BAAN系统的问题。
Help to solve some BAAN problem when Super user is absent as a Baan super user backup.


任职要求：
大学专科及以上学历，财务教育背景较好。 College’s degree or above, Finance background is preferred.
3年以上相关工作经验; 项目管理经验. 3 years experiences in related area; Project management.
Excel, access, ERP系统使用经验，了解BaaN或SAP优先。
Experience of using excel, access, ERP system. Baan or SAP is preferred.
熟练的英语听说读写能力 Be good at listening, speaking, reading and writing in English
具有领导力，解决问题的能力 Leadership；Strong problem solving skills
目标设定能力和把握主动的能力 Goal setting skills and proactive attitude
良好的沟通能力，团队合作意识 Be good at communication and team work
