职位描述：
1. 为终端用户提供硬件和软件的安装、维护、升级服务, 升级本地IT问题或需求到荷兰第三方支持团队，并追踪结果。
Provide service to end users install/ maintain / update computers hardware/ software. Raise local IT problem or requests to 3rd party support team in Netherland and follow up the result
2. 负责对所有和IT相关硬件、外设和软件的故障进行诊断和排除。
Handle and troubleshoot all IT related hardware, peripherals and software problems.
3. 建立、维护并且监控局域网，公司监控系统和广播系统，确保系统平稳运行。Establish, Maintain and monitor with LAN, CCTV and broadcast system, ensure system running smoothly.
4. 维护并监控各种服务器，例如邮件服务器、DNS服务器、文件服务器等等。Maintain and monitor with all kinds of server such as mail server, DNS server, documents server and so on.
5. 维护并支持福克埃尔莫的本地应用，例如：内部网站，SAP等等。
Maintain and support local application like intranet sites, SAP and so on.
6. 培训员工以使其正确地使用IT设备和软件设施。
Training employees to use IT equipment with right way.
任职资格:
大专以上学历，IT相关专业。
Above college in IT related area.

至少一年IT相关工作经验。
At least 1 year experience in IT related area .

对维护和处理电脑硬件、软件和网络故障有丰富的知识和经验。
Excellent knowledge and experience in maintain and troubleshoot PC hardware/ software and network.

具有良好的英语沟通能力。
