职位描述：
1.遵守公司的质量方针、手册、程序和各种指导书；对自己的工作质量负责；正视任何质量问题、报告错误并对职责范围内的任何失误采取预防或纠正措施；进行持续的质量改进。
Comply with quality policy, manual, procedure and all kinds of working instructions. Take responsibility for the quality of the work done by yourself and by your team. Be open for any quality mistakes, report errors and take preventive or corrective actions for any mistakes in your area of responsibility. Contribute to continuous quality improvement.
2.-识别改善机会并发起项目来改善生产率
Identify opportunities and initiate projects to improve productivity.
-开展时间分析，定义和改善生产线平衡，作业测定、作业流程分析、联合作业分析、动作分析、布局分析等等支持价值流改善项目。
Execute time studies, define & improve line balances, work measurement, work flow analysis, work combination analysis, motion analysis and layout analysis to support VSM projects
- 支持价值流图的绘制与分析管理
Drive creating VSM and analysis
-工业工程相关知识和工具培训. 并根据IE分析结果（例如时间分析，线平衡分析等等）培训团队识别浪费并有计划的消除浪费。
Provide IE knowledge/tools training. Train team to identify waste and eliminate waste according to IE analysis result such as time study line balance etc.
- 支持建立标准化工作
Support creating standard work
- 使用IE方法优化流程
Optimize process by applying IE method
- 支持小组活动
Support Small Group activities
-与团队成员分享分析和改进报告，激励改进。
Sharing analysis report and improvement report with team to motivate improvement
3.遵循公司精益生产和管理的方针政策，支持公司精益目标的达成。主要包括：
a)积极参加和支持精益改善活动，前瞻性的寻找改善机会，愿意将改善结果进行分享和推广。
b)营造和共建精益改善和6S的良好环境和氛围。
Adhere to company lean manufacturing and management policies, support company lean target achievement. Including:
a) Participate and support Lean activities actively, proactively looking for improvements, willing to share and extend improvement achievements.
b) Promote a good environment and atmosphere of lean improvement and 6S
4.执行安全方针和政策，使之符合安全管理体系。包括：
a)积极参与公司的各项安全活动。
b)报告各种危害和不安全的行为。
c)营造和共建积极的安全文化氛围。

Adhere to Safety procedure and policies in accordance with safety management system. Including:
a) Active participation and contribution to specific safety initiatives in meetings.
b) Report all hazardous and unsafe acts.
c) Actively promote positive safety culture.
