Sandvik in Langfang is seeking for a Production Engineer

The position would directly report to Tools Engineering Manager, below please refer to the job description:


Key performance area:
1. Make correct NC program for machines by process need.
2. Develop, verify and optimize tool manufacturing methods by utilizing best suitable process, equipment, tooling, fixture and machine etc.
3. Develop accurate and efficient CNC program through UG and other CAD/CAM/CNC software.
4. Support and train programmers in CAD and CAM.
5. Provide technical support and advice on equipment, fixture, tooling and CAD/CAM software investment.
6. Work closely with designers, identify any manufacturing related design limitation.
7. Work closely with shopfloor personnel and provide support, find and solve day to day production problems.

Your profile:
？ Bachelor degree or higher in mechanical engineering, or equivalent
？ Minimum five years manufacturing related experience. Hands on experience with machining, fixturing and tooling. Be able to read blue print.
？ Minimum two years UG CAD/CAM experience or similar software (ex. Pro/E, Catia, MastrCAM).
？ Minimum two years CNC programming experience for machining center and lathe.
？ C++, Java and other programming knowledge is a plus.
？ English: Fluent on both oral and writen
？ If candidate has master degree or higher in related major, his/her experience can be less.

As a person you are proactive, self-motivated and one with lot of initiative, courage and integrity and a business minded, result oriented attitude. You also have strong communication skills and can work in an English environment.

Travel frequency: International travel based on business needs
