职位描述：
Your Task:
· Quality development and improvement of suppliers in consideration of customer requirements and our 0 ppm strategy
· Perform supplier audits independently acc. to VDA6.3
· Support and evaluate production processes and quality management system at suppliers
· Investigate improvement possibilities at suppliers
· Reporting of supplier performance regarding project status, ppm, corrective actions...
· Support the purchasing department concerning supplier selection and quality topics
· Manage and handle the approval of initial samples of purchased parts (PPAP)
· Participate in Quality and supplier development programs
Your Profile:
· Degree in Quality or Engineering or comparable working experience
· Several years working experience in an automotive industry is a plus
· Thorough knowledge of quality tools such as APQP, MSA, 8D, Ishikawa
· Excellent knowledge of existing quality standards, such as TS16949, ISO, VDA...
· Fluency in English or German is a must, second language is a plus
· Excellent negotiation skills and confidence in managing suppliers
· Ability and willingness to travel frequently within China and also Asia
· Good knowledge of existing office tools 举报 分享
