Sandvik in Langfang is seeking for an Assistant Controller
 
Assistant Controller

The position would directly report to Business Control Manager, below please refer to the job description:


Key performance area:
? Support controlling manager to set up and develop the financial management tools by cost center/profit center/cost productivity/analytical P&L
? Fully apply standard costing as a management tool for variance in-depth analysis by efficiency variance/cost variance/utilization variance, but also clarify the cost nature by FOH and direct cost
? Analytical reports and data information preparation for better understanding and support to the business.
? Working capital control, stock revaluation and analysis, not limited to AR and AP.
? Investment and project analysis and follow up for supporting the decision making.
? Reporting, monthly and yearly reporting for internal and external stakeholders and ensure accuracy and in time
? Support controlling manager organize company budgeting. Make financial budget, tracking and analyzing.
? Support controlling manager to develop and revise accounting system and procedures to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness.

Your profile:
? Bachelor degree at least, major in Accounting, Finance, Financial Management, or related.
? Accounting Certificate is must
? 5 years experiences in Accounting & Financial (A&F) management in Multinational Company
? Familiar with relevant rules and legislations related to A&F
? Comprehensive knowledge in A&F area, good at in financial analysis
? Good application of computer and office software
? Experience on ERP system and financial system (SAP) is preferred
? Good presentation skill and communication capability
? Good English in writing and speaking
