Key Accountabilities <div> 1. 技术管理制度和技术规程标准Technical Management System & Technical Specification Standard:
Be responsible for guiding, formulating, reviewing and optimizing company's technical management system and technical specification standard.</div><div> 2. 质量优化及处理Quality Optimization and Handling
Lead raw material quality, the product portfolio, product quality, process routings and cost benefits optimization </div><div>3. 客制化解决方案及技术支持 Provide Customized Technical Solution and Technical Support
Guide, coordinate and solve technical issues for products, including packaging and application, technical expertise and support for filling systems and equipment etc. </div><div>4. 项目管理及竞争性战略支持Project Management & Innovation Strategy Support and Development
Responsible for the company’s technology introduction, product development planning, implementation, advancement of the technology and its competitiveness. To coordinate resources and ensure project plan complete on time. </div><div>5. 行业技术发展情况分析、评估 Industry Latest Technology Analysis and Evaluation
Keep abreast with the industry’s latest technology development and trends, analyse and evaluate, and provide feasible solution where necessary. Formulate technology development plan.</div><div>6. 技术人员管理与发展
Be Responsible for technical personnel development, daily work coordination and management

? 英语读写熟练
? 适应国内外必要的出差</div>
