Duties & Responsibilities: 工作职责

He/she will be in charge of: 此职位负责以下工作：

1. All commercial hydraulic components, and electrical parts,, in terms of cost and supply chain.
在成本和供应链上管控所有商用液压元件和电子部分。

2. Develop new companies and improve the cost of those component families in China.
开发新的供应商并提升替代配件的成本管理能力。

3. In cooperation with Technical and Quality departments validate new suppliers in China.
和技术、品质部门配合验证在华的新供应商。

4. Negotiate purchase contracts with suppliers.
采购合同的谈判工作。

5. Cooperate with brother companies worldwide in a multicultural environment.
在多元化的环境中和全球范围内的兄弟公司合作。

Qualifications & Experience; 任职资格和经验要求:

1. Knowledge in hydraulics components is strongly advised.
拥有液压元件方面的知识为佳。

2. Worked in a purchase position for a Hydraulic company or Auto parts company.
拥有在液压或汽车配件行业采购职位工作的经验。

3. Shall speak and write English fluently, the working language is English.
英语口语优秀、书写流利，工作语言为英语。

4. Good project management skills. Good control in datasheets applications (Microsoft Excel)
优秀的项目管理能力和相关软件的使用能力。

5. The ability to work according ISO standards.
能在ISO9001体系下工作。

6. Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline (eg. Engineering, Science)
学历要求为技术学科（如，工程类，理工科）。

7. Business travel fluently
能接受经常出差。
