岗位职责
1.工厂与商务部门的桥梁，负责与生产、质量和商务部门协调沟通并解决客户质量异议。
2.跟进质量改进计划。走访客户，了解用户需求。根据客户要求，取样试用，跟进试样在客户方面的使用反馈。
3.可行性研究，协助商务部门完成对非常规订单可行性研究。
4.客户投诉处理，与商务部门就客户投诉进行沟通。从商务部门取得缺陷试样，并送试验室分析，找出原因并给商务部门反馈意见。
5.客户来访和审计。客户来访的资料准备，与商务部门一起负责客户来访和审计的接待。
6.内部质量会议组织，根据质量异议，审查和分析上周质量情况。
7.跟进有成效的行动方案。审查因产品缺陷而进行的工艺改进。建立行动计划，改进质量缺陷，满足市场要求。
Job Description
1.Interface between mill and commercial department,Communication between production, quality and commercial according to the quality issues from customer complaints.
2.Follow up the action plan of quality issues.Visit the customer with CTS, deeply understand the customers' requirements.Take the samples for customers' requests.Fellow up the following issues from customers.
3.Feasibility studies,Assist commercial department to finalize the feasibility studies of un-regular order.
4.Customer complaints,Communicate with CTS about the customer complaints.
Get the defect sample from CTS and send to LAB to analyse , find the origin and give the feedback to CTS.
5.Customer visits / audits.Presentation preparation to the customers.Reception for the customer visiting and audit with CTS.
6.Internal quality meeting organizing,Review and analysis internal quality issue of last week according to customers' complaints.
7.Follow up the efficiency of the action plan .Review of the last process modification due to the product defects.Build up the action plan to steer product quality and satisfy the request of market .

任职资格：
1.大专及以上学历。
2.机械和冶金专业优先,有汽车厂和零件冲压厂生产、销售经验人员优先。
3.性格开朗稳重,善于与他人沟通，协调能力强，责任心强。
Requirements
1.College Degree or above.
2.Mechanical or metallurgy major has the priority.The people who has the experience of working in automotive company and stamping company at production and sale has the priority.
3.open mind and mature character,Good ability at communication, coordination and very high responsibility.
