1、负责生产组织工作；
2、负责停机检修的计划编制和协调；
3、负责研究质量理赔；
4、负责审核操作规程及作业指导书；
5、负责工艺参数的调整和监督；
6、负责TS16949体系认证工作。
Responsibility:
1、Be responsible for organizing production;
2、Be responsible for making a schedule for maintenance stop and coordination;
3、Be responsible for investigating quality claims;
4、Be responsible for reviewing operation mannuals;
5、Develop and verify parameter of process;
6、Be responsible for maintain TS16949 system certification work;

岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，金属材料或相关专业；
2、英语CET-4及以上能力，熟练操作计算机，熟练使用OFFICE等办公软件；
3、有较强的分析和解决问题能力；
4、 具备较强的沟通及执行能力，责任心强，动手能力强，工作仔细，工作思路清晰，具有团队合作精神，热爱本职工作，服从领导安排；
5、从事连退或镀锌2年以上工作经验。
Qualification:
1、Bachelor degree and above，major on Metal materials；
2、English CET-4 or above，use computer and some office software skillfully；
3、Good ability of analyzing and solving problem；
4、Passionate on testing ,good sense of service and strong sense of responsibility，good organization and communication skills, good teamplayer；obey orders by leader;
5、2 years of experience in CAL and CGL;
