岗位职责：
1、负责生产运营及新产品开发期间的制样、测试及监督工作；
2、熟练操作试验机、XRF、ICP等分析仪器，完成规范的研究分析报告；
3、实验室设备的日常维护及管理；
4、负责编制力学测试实验方案，编制岗位规程及作业指导书；
5、负责测试新方法的开发和验证；
6、负责实验室质量管理体系认证工作。
Responsibility:
1、Perform sample preparation、mechanical test and supervision in the laboratory;
2、Perform testing machine、XRF and ICP skillfully，submit test report;
3、Maintain and manage the lab equipment;
4、Prepare the test Programme、technical Regulations and consultant documents;
5、Develop and verify new test method;
6、Maintain laboratory performance in coherence with ISO requirement.

岗位要求：
1、大专及以上学历，金属材料或相关专业；
2、英语CET-4及以上能力，熟练操作计算机，熟练使用OFFICE等办公软件；
3、熟悉力学测试实验操作，有较强的分析和解决问题能力；
4、 具备较强的沟通及执行能力，责任心强，动手能力强，工作仔细，工作思路清晰，具有团队合作精神，热爱本职工作，服从领导安排；
5、从事实验室力学测试3年以上工作经验。
Qualification:
1、College degree and above，major on Metal materials；
2、English CET-4 or above，use computer and some office software skillfully；
3、Know mechanical test well，good ability of analyzing and solving problem；
4、Passionate on testing ,good sense of service and strong sense of responsibility，good organization and communication skills, good teamplayer；
5、3 years of experience in mechanical test.
