Responsbility:
1.Plan materials for mix model production lines, in accordance with six sigma lean concept, so as to maintain linear flow and meet on time.
2. Manage all materials replenishment systems including vendor Kanban and forecast.
3. Ensure alignment of vendor capacity with forecast.
4. Support rate based planning system so as to ensure level loading of lines.
5. Team with production planner so as to guarantee pull replenishment of materials (vendors and internal).
6. Support transfer of products and rate production of components for new products.
7. Support materials manager and site sourcing with performance data for supplier management and development.
8. Lead exception management for materials in coordination with transportation and vendors.
9. Follow up the payment to the direct material vendors.
10. Ensure good turnover and no Dead stock.
Requirments:
1. Bachelor Degree or Above with Major of International Trading or Engineering Related
2. At Least 5 Years Working Experience with Material Planning Functions
3. Good Command of English Communication
4 ERP skill
