职位描述
基本工作职责/责任： 2 编制热处理工艺文件及P-BOM建立、日常维护和更新 2 负责热处理工艺的持续改进及NCR处理 2 负责热处理程序的录入、监控及更新 2 负责对现场记录、工艺参数进行检查 2 根据现场检验记录、NCR统计及客户抱怨，进行数据统计 2 计算并核实热处理线生产能力，缩短生产周期、提高效率 2 负责热处理投资项目、工艺改进项目的实施及跟踪 2 与产品设计工程师协作， 为产品的持续改进提供热处理技术支持 2 与产品设计、材料工程师协作，完成新产品、新材料、新工艺的试验和制定 2 为生产现场及供应商提供技术支持 2 依照ISO9000/14000/18000质量环境健康体系要求，识别部门和产品中的安全和环境因素，在工艺设计和更改过程减少和消除其负面影响 技能要求： 1. 知识： 2 具备一定的热处理理论和实践知识 2 熟悉热处理工艺流程 2 熟悉热处理设备的使用和维护 2 熟悉金相试检测备的操作和使用 2 了解金属材料冷热加工的基本理论知识 2 微软办公软件及电子邮件软件 2 计算机辅助设计软件（CAD） 2. 经验： 2 三年或三年以上热处理工艺/生产相关工作经验
