职位描述
基本工作职责/责任：
- ？ 负责公司设备的机械维修工作，保障设备正常运行。
- ？ 负责制定本人所负责设备的预维护工作内容，并做好维护记录。
- ？ 及时处理和排除设备故障，做好设备修理记录，并做好跟踪。
- ？ 根据设备状况，及时提交备件采购申请，并负责备品、备件的验收。
- ？ 根据设备月预维护计划，做好设备预维护，降低停机时间，减少维修费用。
- ？ 协助技师制定设备自维护标准。
- ？ 负责指导、检查操作人员设备自维护，每周对所负责设备进行保养保洁检查、考核。
- ？ 做好设备日常巡视检查工作，及时发现问题，排除故障隐患。
- ？ 设备突发状况时，及时处理和解决设备故障，做好设备故障记录，并做好跟踪。
- ？ 配合设备安装厂家，做好新购设备及大修设备的安装、调试、验收。
- ？ 依照ISO9000/14000/18000健康环境质量体系要求，识别部门和设备中的安全和环境因素，在维修过程中减少和消除对安全和环境的负面影响。
技能要求：
1. 知识：
- ？ 具备一定的机械、液压知识和电工基础知识，有丰富的实践经验；
- ？ 熟悉机械设备的结构、性能和工作原理；
- ？ 能够看懂机床设备装配图、气(油）路原理图，可以顺利地进行拆装、检修设备；
- ？ 了解设备主要零、部件和易损件、消耗件，材质及性能技术要求；
- ？ 具有一定的通用机床操作能力；
- ？ 会绘制简单零件图
2. 经验：
- ？ 五年或五年以上设备修理工作经验；
- ？ 机电一体化专业优先。
