PURPOSE : HR aims to be a strategy partner in business growth by playing an active role in providing professional & consulting support for business development plan with effective HR management. Key functions cover training, recruiting, compensation and employ relation etc. HR will support EHS management and 6S implement. Build up good working condition and positive company culture.


SIZE Financial:
He/she is responsible for developing Human Resource and administration budget in MLV.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
·Education / Experience
Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related discipline required; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 8 years HR related working experience with MNCs, 3 years in management role
Good communication skills
High initiative, self motivated and hard working attitude.
Good demonstration and PPT skills

·Specific knowledge
Proficient in English and Microsoft office.
Good understanding of labour contract law and local policy and related laws

· Technical Business understanding
Trust,honesty,initiative and teamwork
Strategic thinking
Good conflicts management and good emotion control




AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY


1. HR Strategy

· Identify possibilities of org chart for business development

· Keep the unit’s policy in compliance with corporate policy and make sure the implement of the policy

· Success plan for MLV ‘s key staff


· Developing the management team to support the achievement for MLV’s strategy plan

· Clear JD for each position and analysis org chart and optimize the organization

· Policy implement and update

· Succession plan for key staff

· Career and training plan


2. HR Function

· Reasonable recruiting plan and effective recruiting to support the business development


· Effective training plan to develop employee


· Reasonable and competitive compensation system and attractive program


· Effective and positive communication between management team and employees

· Help line managers to do role change into people manager and support them to implement optimize and develop their team members
· Recruiting budget sets up and finish recruiting plan on time and programs for attract & select candidate

· Training plan and yearly training completion rate> 90%, and training result analysis and follow up

· Turnover rate decrease and employees’ stability


· No complaint and lawsuit and lower turnover rate

· Dept. lower turnover rate and stability


3. AD Function

· Support EHS projects

· Provide logistics supply for employees with reasonable cost.(canteen, stationary ,travel and etc.)

· Keep the good relationship with local government and company ‘s reputation promotion

· Cost saving program

· Near miss report and near miss completion rate

· Good service system


· Support from local government


· Figure and report


4. team development

· Identification of high-potentials with their development

· Motivation team by clear targets

· Provide opportunities in broader responsibility, cross-function report and leading projects

· Clear targets and team organization


5. Others

· Cost and expense control, saving projects

· Responsible for accurate yearly budget

· EHS management

· Cost control and saving for HR& AD dept.

· Yearly Budget

· Responsible for achieve safety KPI
