Responsibilities/工作职责：

* 3-year strategic planning, annual budgeting and periodical forecasting.

3年的远期战略计划，年度预算及定期的财务预测.

* Monitoring working capital, expenses, prices, margins，inventory and accounts receivable turnover rate etc, proposing corrective actions whenever needed.

监控公司的运营资本状况、费用、价格、利润边际、存货和应收账款周转率等状况 ，并提出必要的改进措施和建议.

* Correctly cost computation and variance investigation, analysis and interpretation in various field such as price, material, overhead, capacity, quality cost etc. Preparing related reports.

成本的准确核算、成本差异原因调查与因素分析(如价格、材料消耗、制造费用、产能、质量成本等)， 并编制分析报告.

* Presentation to the management team.

为公司管理层就分析结果进行报告和讲解展示.

* Monitoring and controlling the company risks including but not limited to credit control, capital cost, liquidity risk, currency risk, legal risk and other operating risks, particularly, metal risk control.

监督和控制公司的各种风险，包括但不限于信控风险、 资本成本风险、偿付能力、外汇风险、法律风险及其它经营风险, 特别是金属价格风险.

* Business Unit monthly Cash Flow statement and 3 month cash flow rolling forecast.

业务单元的月度现金流量表及3个月的现金流量滚动预测.

* Gathering market intelligence and competitor benchmarking to deterring pricing and commercial policies.

搜集市场信息以确定价格和商务政策.

* Profit performance appraisal and investment appraisal with non-financial indicators.

绩效评估和投资评估， 并能够考虑到公司非财务方面的因素.

* Make research from reports obtained from various departments, coordinating with and providing transactional support to related departments and operation functions.

对业务部门提供的数据进行分析并对公司各运营部门提供支持.

* Support the top-management in analyzing all key data.

协助公司高管对各种关键数据进行分析.

* Assisting in strategic projects and feasibility studies.

协助对战略性项目的研究以及可行性研究报告的编制.

* Other accounting and finance related supporting jobs and other tasks assigned by the management to achieve the company objectives.

其他会计与财务方面的支持工作以及上级为实现公司目标安排的其他任务.

Requirements/应聘要求：

* Bachelor’s degree or above in accountancy of financial management related majors.

会计学或财务管理相关专业本科及以上学历.

* CICPA qualification or other widely recognized professional qualifications is preferred.

如拥有中国注册会计师资格或其他被广泛认可的专业会计师资格更佳.

* 3-5 years working experience in finance and accounting related position.

3-5至 年会计或财务管理工作经验.

* Well understands Chinese Accounting Standards and IFRS is a must.

必须熟练掌握中国会计准则和国际财务报告准则.

* Good command of English and good presentation and communication skills.

良好的英语技能以及良好的演示和沟通技能.

* Masters the cost approaches of world-class manufacturing environment.

掌握先进生产型企业的成本核算方法.

* Good technical background, understands process and products.

拥有良好的技术背景，了解公司的流程与产品.

* Proficient in an ERP system and proficient in MS Office.

熟练掌握一种ERP系统,且能够熟练运用微软办公系统.

* A spirit of team working and strong desire to improve and ability to work under higher pressure.

有团队合作精神及乐于提高的强烈意愿, 能够在重大压力下工作。

* Hold positive attitude whenever facing different opinions or other problems and take necessary actions to facilitate solutions.
