1. 根据公司战略目标和经营计划，制定适合本公司的风险管理体系、制度、办法及程序；

2.负责监督、把关招标管理工作，确定招标工作计划及工作职责分工，对投标成本、投标外报价的审核、对招标控制价的审核；

3.负责价格品议、合同的评审、谈判及修改；

4.负责审核项目成本分析，并完善企业成本数据库；

5.参与项目立项审核、项目可研阶段技术方案评审、负责可研阶段估算、概算费用审核工作，对项目估算、概算费用完整性、准确性负责；

6.负责制定招标工作流程、工作要求，模板制定工作，制定企业成本及企业清单模板并定期更新、维护。

任职资格：

1、大专或以上学历，审计、财会、项目管理、法律专业等相关专业;

2、具有较强的书面表达能力，能够独立制定符合公司自身要求的风控相关的各项规章制度和流程;

3、对财务信息和数据有敏锐的分析力和洞察力，熟悉各种风险评估工具及风险控制策略;

4、个性诚实、正直、具有团队合作精神，工作勤勉，责任心强。

It is a large-scale high-end photovoltaic module manufacturing base with integration of component research and development, manufacturing and sales. The Company is equipped with automatic string welding machine, automatic assembly line, automatic power classifier and other first-class photovoltaic module production equipment.
