职位描述：

岗位要求：

1. 熟悉注塑模具结构及制造技术；
Good knowledge of plastics molded tooling structure and manufacturing process.
2. 良好的英语听说读写以及2D+3D软件应用能力；
Good command the oral and written English level and 2D+3D software application skill.
3. 熟悉TS16949及ISO体系对模具管理的要求；
Familiar with TS16949 and ISO System related tooling management;
4. 良好的解决问题、人际交往能力。

5. 对供应商进行考核,为新项目开发新模具供应商
Evaluation of suppliers' performance, development new tooling suppliers for new case.
6. 理解项目需求，对新项目进行询价，并收集报价资料；
Understanding project requirements, and collect the quotation for new case.
7. 与供应商签订合同与技术要求，下正式订单和合同谈判等
Make contract and technology requirements with suppliers, confirm formal purchase orders & contract etc.

岗位职责：

1. 根据项目要求主导新模的技术开发评审，设计结构分析,图纸审核并制定模具开发技术规范；
According to the project timing, dominate the new tooling design analysis, technical review, and build the related development specification.
2. 主导新模具的开发与试制过程符合公司要求，确保模具的顺利转移；
Leading the new tooling development process and trial run activities meet company’s requirements, and ensure the transferring smoothly.
3. 记录和追踪新模具的所有变更点，监控模具开发过程；
Record the change points of new tooling, and monitor the whole development process.
4. 及时处理模具移交前后的模具问题，全程负责新模具的试制和协调工作,满足项目进度要求；
Timely solve the tooling issues，take full responsibility of trial run and coordination of new tooling to meet program requires.
5. 追踪新模具的实际状况，确保模具移交的实施和后期服务保证，加强模具维修人员的新模结构知识培训；
Tracking the actual status of new tooling, ensure the transferring and service efficiency, and strengthen the training of maintenance technicians.
6. 及时的整理模具档案，跟踪和监控模具的维护与保养;
Timely implement the tooling documentation, tracking and monitor the mold maintenance resume.
7. 拥有良好的注塑模具专业技能，知识和态度去有效地贡献生产和利益的最大化；
Have the relevant molding tooling skills, knowledge and attitudes to contribute effectively to maximize productivity and profits.
8. 为新开发项目选定合适的模具供应商，考虑价格、成本、风险等；
Select qualified tooling suppliers for new development projects, thinking over the quality, cost and risk etc.
9. 协调并解决供应商与公司之间的技术和商务问题；
Coordinate and solve technical & commercial problems between customer and company.
