? Responsible for the technical specification of molding tools and molding machines
? Participate in the planning / performance specifications in the preparation of equipment and special machines
? Support of all other departments in terms of material selection, tool specification, supplier selection and operation parameters
? Performing optimization work (OEE, quality target)
? Lead tool try outs, ensure documentation and smooth SOP
? Responsible for the machine software
? Error identification and plan / execute immediate correction (lessons learned to avoid this error in the future)
? Support FMEA project teams and the quality department (solve customer demands, improve product quality)
? Training of operators
? Ensures a safe clean working environment
? Comply with Environmental Management System regulatory requirements, procedures and work instructions, and support recycling efforts
? Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Experience
Mechanical engineer, worked more than 3 years as supervisor molding area, capable for setting molding machines, experience in tool maintenance
