PRIMARY FUNCTION
1. Productivity control
2. Product quality control
3. Personnel management (after production is qualified and stable)

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To assist the line manager to make and achieve the output/quality plan
2. To make preventive/corrective action plan and follow up the implementation
3. To check the production process for assurance of ISO standard
4. To train workers in fields like safety, TPM, 5S and discipline
5. To support initial training in production
6. To care for worker
7. To optimize production cycle
8. To set up machines
9. To be responsible for some relevant issues with other depts.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
1. At least 3 years working experience in related working environment
2. Experience in multinational company and/or light resource manufacturing preferred
3. Experience of mechanical equipments, like pump, laser system, etc. preferred
4. Experience in vacuum technique and laser systems
5. Experience in control and feedback control systems
6. Experience in worker supervising

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical or electrical engineering or physics
2. Physical background is preferred
3. It's preferred with knowledge of S.P.C, ISO, TPM, 6sigma etc.

SCOPE OF COMMUNICATION
1. Internally communicate with other departments (also other locations) by phone call, memo, e-mail & meeting
2. Externally communicate with material suppliers and customers by phone call, fax, e-mail and letter

OTHER ISSUES
1. Good computer skill
2. Good at English
3. Good sense of analysis
4. Project involved in the university is preferred
5. Knowledge in the fields of optics, plasma physics or materials science are desirable;
