Job Description :



-- participate as key person in selection, hire, education of the team members

-- establish and manage technical infrastructure (lab equipment , suppliers , services)

-- create and guide the team's network and cooperation with related partner departments (R&D, AE, production, testing, marketing, FAE, Q, sales, and others), suppliers, services, customers

-- responsible for the team's resource planning and project management

-- responsible for assigned project target fulfillment

-- learn : become reference expert for relevant technology fields and processes

-- responsible for the team's implementation and usage of relevant processes and standards. //// Among them : MS project, EDOS production data base, Q-Gate process, OSRAM design guidelines




Job Requirement :



At least more than 5 years of relevant experience in optoelectronics R&D or related fields.

technical :

--- development of optoelectronic products and/or focus on optics, power electronics, switch mode power supplies, lighting products, LED light sources

--- product fields : projection, automotive, visualization, medical systems

--- measurement technology and lab organization

--- industrial mass production of optoelectronic and/or electronic products

--- quality assurance



Management skills :

-- project leader, project management, team management

-- multinational project management

-- team management



Personal capabilities :

International experience, leadership, previous career stable, self motivated/motivation skills, self learning, analytical thinking, good communication skill, team oriented, and networking skills.



Education:

University Master degree or higher in electrical engineering, physics, mechanical, material science, or optical engineering preferred. Or long years experience in above fields.
