Roles & Responsibilities

1. Communicate with suppliers on Kunshan Amsafe requirements for new

projects

2. Work with suppliers to accomplish APQP process and finally obtain PPAP

approval for new projects

3. Work with suppliers on annual supplier quality goals and drive suppliers

to achieve the goals by year end

4. Work with suppliers on the issues reported by in-coming inspection or

production inspection. Make sure the real root cause is found by supplier

in order to protect Amsafe and our customers

5. Issue 8D report to supplier for each verified issue and drive the on time

responsiveness and closure

6. Review supplier change notification and assess the feasibility of the change

Guide suppliers so that the implementation of the supplier change could meet

Kunshan Amsafe's requirement

7. Conduct supplier audit and process audit in order to verify the supplier's

capacity and capability could meet Kunshan Amsafe's requirement

8. Weekly report Supplier Quality Scorecard to Kunshan Amsafe Quality Mgr

Drive supplier Top Focus based on scorecard



Qualifications

bachelor of science, ME is preferred
over 3 years working experience in quality, supplier quality is preferred
systematic knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, MSA and SPC
familiar with TS16949/ISO14001 requirement
good at verbal and written English
good at Minitab, AutoCAD, MS Office
