Roles & Responsibilities

1. Active member in project team and participate in tollgate reviews
2. Audit the tollgate reivews and follow up the open issues till closure
3. Lead Built in Quality Workshop and feedback the lesson learnt to the project
team
4. Review the Prototype-Control Plan, Pre-Production Control Plan and Mass
Production Control Plan and perform the control plan audit. Make sure all phases
of Control Plan is in consistant with PFMEA, Process Flow and WI
5. Perform SPC study and trouble shooting during launch phase in order to
make our process is stable and capable of mass production
6. Issue POR report for the issue found during launch stage and drive for
closure prior to mass production
7. Develop finished good test plan according to NA or EU regulations and
customer requirements
8. Lead Material Review & Variation Authority activities
9. Lead Change Implementation in order to make sure the change follows up
Kunshan Amsafe procedure
10. Responsible for Level 1 analysis on the issues reported by production
Inspection and drive the root cause analysis
11. Perform the Process Audit and Product Audit



Qualifications

bachelor of science, ME is preferred
over 3 years working experience in quality, production quality or new
project quality assurance is preferred
systematic knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, MSA and SPC
familiar with TS16949/ISO14001 requirement
good at verbal and written English
good at Minitab, AutoCAD, MS Office
6Sigma or RedX is preferred
