As Corporate Business Development Manager the candidate will be in charge of the company's business planning and development of new products and business units in China. Main activities will include market and competitor analyses, preparing business plans, start-up projects, and full project management.

[Reporting Relationship]
Reporting to Managing Director of Asia

[Responsibilities]
The key responsibilities of the role are:
* Performs market and competitor analyses
* Develops, quantifies and evaluates strategic options
* Prepares business plans (qualitative and quantitative)
* Supports discussions and negotiations with local partners
* Manages "new venture" / start-up projects (in cooperation with existing Business Units)
* Manages co-operation projects with other relevant industry players in the Chinese market
* Performing sales and commercial activities necessary to fulfill their sales, promotion, communication and marketing targets, and development of critical customer accounts, in close collaboration with its sales force.
* Managing communication and marketing campaigns, exhibitions and other promotional programs; coordinating this with the support of all global marketing activities of design, organization and execution necessary to do so.
* To monitor the business development activity of importers and distributors, as well as their sales and fulfillment of commitments to boost brand and others issues that has been agreed.
* To analyze and monitor the effectiveness of sales, systems of work, costs, quality and results in its territorial area that he/she is responsible.
* To investigate permanently the market and the competence, proposing new alternatives and solutions tailored to his/her local area in order to improve the commercials, sales, promotions, communications, marketing and systems of work performance, in his/her local area.
* Actively participate in developing new products or special projects to be carried out in his/her territorial area.

[Prerequisites]
* Experienced overall commercial Professional, holding a degree in Business Administration, finance or mechanical engineering / MBA
* Minimum three years of management consulting experience (preferably with a top management consulting company) or comparable corporate function in national / multi-national corporate
* Working or studying experience outside of China
* Experience in the investment goods/construction machinery an advantage
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent leadership and soft skills
* Results-oriented
* Fluent in English and Mandarin
* Strategic planner
