职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. You will work throughout China, but will also assist our Engineers in other areas covered by the Kleemann China, as and when required to do so.
2. Installation of new hydraulic & traction passenger/goods lifts
3. Repair & Installation of package lifts
4. Attend maintenance/ commissioning visits on vertical lifts and escalators.
5. Ensure during installation and handover the end user remains our priority
6. Your work will comply with the high standards set by and expected from our business and you will ensure that these are achieved
7. You will deliver an exceptional level of customer service.
Good English skills required for effective verbal and written communication.
8. Technical Knowledge you will develop and maintain an appropriate level of technical knowledge of products to be installed.
9. Ensure paperwork completed correctly and on time.
Back-office support when required to do so.

Qualifications:
As a lift engineer, you should:
1. have experience of working in an engineering environment and 2. basic electrical appreciation
3. have excellent troubleshooting skills
4. be able to understand engineering drawings and principles
5. have good communication and customer care skills
6. be able to plan and organise workloads
7. be able to work without close supervision
8. be computer literate for updating records and writing reports (and familiar with CAD packages )
9. be willing to work flexibly
10. be fully aware of statutory requirements and industry guidelines regarding health and safety, and inspections.
