职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
1)、负责国内、国外供应商的开发、维护工作；搜集、分析、汇总及考察评估新供应商（包括ODM/OEM供应商）；
Be Responsible for the sourcing/development and maintenance of local and oversea suppliers including ODM/OEM resources;
2)、对已有供应商的质量、成本、交期、服务的审核工作，已确保原供应商的稳定供货能力和配合度；
Monitor and value the incumbent suppliers on QCDS to make sure the stable delivery and cooperation;
3)、通过市场询、比、议价，获得有竞争力的价格成本，始终合理控制好采购成本；
Obtain the competitive costs through comparison and negotiation with the suppliers;
4)、持续寻求现有产品成本降低的机会，同时不影响产品的质量和供应商的服务水平；
Continuously search the opportunities of cost reduction with no decline to the quality and service;
5)、负责与供应商在产品价格、交期、付款条件、质量要求等方面的谈判并制定相关合同；
Negotiate with the suppliers for price, LT, Payment, quality and sign the contract;
6)、支持研发技术平台和产品平台进行新技术的革新和新产品的研发，确保公司产品在技术、质量、成本、服务上处于领先位置；
Support the new technology R&D platform and products platform on technological innovation and new products research to keep the advantages of Ecowater products;
7)、协助项目经理从项目启动到产品PPAP完成整个过程中，提供资源整合、价格谈判、合同签订、样品制作、小批量产的配合；
Support the program managers on resources sourcing, price negotiation, contract, samples verification and pilot run during the whole process from project initiation to PPAP completion;
8)、完成上级交办的其他工作 Other tasks assigned by the line manager;

Requirement:
1)、***，本科及以上学历，机械(包括模具)、电子、材料、化工等工科相关专业；
 Bachelor or above and major in Mechanics (including Moulds &toolings) ,Electronics , Material or Chemistry etc.;
2)、5年以上供应商开发和管理经验；
More than 5 years of experiences on supplier sourcing and management;
3)、对注塑、吹塑、工艺有很好的了解，对喷涂、钣金、印刷工艺熟悉（如能对PCBA熟悉更好）；
Good understanding on injection and blowing process. Be aware of the process of painting, bending and printing.(be aware of PCBA is preferable);
4)、会看英文图纸，并能评判供应商的加工工艺和成本是否合理；
Ability to read English drawing and evaluating the reasonability of suppliers' process and cost;
5)、良好的供应商管理能力，优秀的谈判技巧和沟通能力，具有很强的市场判断能力和行情分析能力；
Strong ability of supplier management, negotiation and communication. Strong ability to analyse and judge the trend of market prices;
6)、具有良好的语言表达能力及文字写作能力，出色的组织协调能力及良好的团队合作精神；
Good oral and writing skills. Strong ability to organize and coordinate. Good team work spirit;
7)、做事有条理，思路清晰；稳重、成熟,积极主动；
Be highly organized and efficient, a stable personality and mature. Initiative and positive work attitude;
8)、良好的英语口语及书写能力，能读懂英文图纸；
Good English skills-oral & written, can read English drawing;
9)、熟练使用办公软件。

    水和空气整体解决方案

    怡口净水设计并制造能够处理一种或多种水与空气问题的水处理产品和空气净化产品。以下仅做部分的功能举：
