职位描述：

Main Responsibilities 主要工作职责：
1. Service reports/Hours consolidation and update 服务报告/工时收集和更新
2. Customer data maintenance 客户资料信息维护
3. Parts and logistics follow up 零件发运跟踪
4. Flights/Transportation/Hotel booking 预定机票/酒店/交通工具
5 .Assist to check service people reimbursement 协助审核服务人员报销
6. Uniforms/Documents/Tools administration 工作制服/文档/工具管理
7. Coordinator internally and externally 内外部沟通协调
8. Assist to implement the service procedures 协助服务流程的执行
9. Assist trainer to organize the training 协助组织内外部培训
10. Assist IT customer service application 协助客户服务应用软件实施


Qualifications资格要求:
1. College degree or above , major in engineering or business administration related
     工科专业或商务管理专科及以上学历
2. At least 3 years service assistant or coordinator experience on heavy industrial machines
    3年及以上工业重型设备行业服务助理或服务协调员工作经验
3. Be good at English reading，writing, and spoken English 良好的英语书写和口语能力
4. Good communication skill and team spirit良好的沟通能力和团队精神
5. Work experience on crane or railway are preferred
