职位描述：
1. 对成品及半成品库房负责,督促、检查、指导有关人员做好库房管理，做到分类摆放，帐、物、卡一致，标识清晰；
Responsible for the warehouse of finished and semi-finished products, supervision, inspection and guiding the relevant personnel to do well the management of the warehouse, so that the classified display、account、material and card are consistent;
2. 负责接受客户的月度及周生产订单计划，编制本公司成品发交计划，确保客户订单100%执行；
Responsible for accepting customers’ production orders plan monthly and weekly. Make of the company’s finished Products delivery plan to ensure that 100% of customer orders;
3. 负责督促、检查、指导有关人员编制原材料、成品、半成品、外协外购件月度需求计划；
   Responsible for supervision, inspection and guiding the relevant personnel to make the monthly demand plan for
   raw materials, finished and semi-finished products and outsourcing;
4. 负责制订成品、半成品、外购件等物质配送方案，并督促、检查有关人员按方案进行配送；
   Responsible for the formulation of finished products, semi-finished products and outsourcing, and supervision, inspection the relevant personnel according to the program for distribution;
5. 加强部门之间的协作与联系（包括与有关供应商的联系），建立良好的协作关系；
   Strengthen collaboration and liaison between departments (including contacts with relevant suppliers), and establish good cooperative relations;
6. 合理安排本部门员工的工作, 检查、监督员工的工作；
   Reasonable arrangements for the work of the staff of the department, inspection, supervision of staff work;
7. 定期与部门员工沟通以了解其思想状况，负责对本部门员工的管理；

10、确保各项安全规定, 特殊岗位、特殊工序必须遵守特殊的安全规定；

11、负责对本部门人员的考核；

12、制定并管理控制好部门预算，并对部门月度Quis运行绩效负责；

13、审定和修改本部门的工作流程和管理制度；

14、确保企业目标、部门目标、岗位目标的完成；

资格要求
Required qualifications:
1、大专以上学历并具有汽车行业物流管理相关工作经验5年及以上；
College degree or above, have working experience in logistics management of automobile industry
for 5 years and above
2、有强烈的安全意识及质量意识，具备“5S”及精益生产经验；
Have a strong sense of safety and quality, with “5S” and lean production experience;
3、具备较强的协调能力；
Have strong coordination ability;
4、熟练运用SAP或其他ERP软件。
Proficiency in SAP or other ERP software;
5、良好的英语阅读、口语交流能力。
