Job description：

1) Provide excellent customer service/support to international retail store chains.

提供优秀的客户服务和支持；

2) Seriously handle customer consultation, complaints, and make record.

受理客户咨询、投诉，并做好记录；

3) Collect customers related information, establish and manage the customers’ file.Establish good rapport with customers, provide a high level of service, have a sense of urgency.

收集客户相关资料，建立和管理客户档案；与客户建立良好的工作关系,提供高水平的服务,有危机意识。

4) Maintain good working relationship with internal and external customer and vendors，understand customers’ latest requirements.

与客户保持良好关系，了解客户最新要求；

5) Communicate with customer and functional departments. Review the information of customer, provide quoting and audit the contract, finish the approval process of signing contract.

与客户和公司内部相关部门保持日常沟通。审查客户资料，提供报价、合同评审，完成合同签订的审批流程；

6) Enter customer orders. Work with shipping department based on customers’ delivery requirements.

输入客户订单，根据客户出货要求与出货部门协作；

7) Source products based on customers’ needs and work with the Purchasing Department on negotiating prices. Enter purchase orders that are shipped to domestic customers.

根据客户要求寻找产品并和采购部门协作议价，输入采购订单，并销往国内客户。

8) The work assigned by superior.

上级安排的其他工作。

Requirement：

1) Bachelor degree or above, English and International Trade major preferred.

英语或国际贸易专业，本科以上学历。

2) At least 2 years working experience, customer service and purchasing related working experience is preferred.

2年以上工作经验，有客服及采购相关工作经验者优先。

3) Familiar with PC operation system, office software like Word, Excel,PPT and King Dee. Good English in speaking and writing.

熟练操作电脑，英语听说读写流利。

4) Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills.

优秀的谈判和解决问题的能力。

5) High responsibility and self-motivated.

高度责任心与上进心。

6) Able to work under pressure, cooperative, detail-oriented, teamwork spirit and honesty.

能够在压力下工作、合作、注意细节,良好的团队合作精神

7) Can accept aperiodic business trips arranged by our company. Estimate 6 domestic trips per year for 3 days each trip.

能够配合公司要求出差。
