Job Description

职位描述

1) Daily manufacturing quality control of wooden or metal products.

日常木制或金属产品的生产过程质量检验。

2) Control the quality of the products (already existing quality problem or potential problem) to guarantee the quality of the products before delivery.

完成产品相关检验工作（产品现有的, 潜在的质量问题)；以确保产品出厂前的符合质量标准。

3) Responsible for the labeling of the quality standard of the product, control the defective products strictly.

负责产品质量状态标识工作，严格控制不良品。

4) Responsible for the maintenance of the working environment and take care of the inspection tools.

负责工作现场的环境管理及检验工具的维护保管。

5) Responsible for the operation of the production process according to quality standard, to ensure product quality under control;
负责生产过程按工艺规程操作，确保产品质量处于受控状态；

6) Responsible for the safety management in production process, develop and implement safety methods in workshop.

负责生产现场的安全管理，制定和实施相关安全措施。

7) Work with other departments to formulate the company's product quality standard.

协助公司相关部门制订公司的产品质量标准。

8) Develop and implement both Quality and Safety programs for the factory,develop system of recording and using quality and safety data.

制定和实施质量安全计划，系统的记录、使用质量安全数据。

9） Responsible for the ISO9001:2008 quality management system.

负责 ISO9001:2008 质量管理体系。

Job Requirement

职位要求

1) College degree or above, Mechanical engineering or related major.

大学专科或以上学历, 机械相关专业。

2) At least 5 years related work experience in the furniture industry or display industry

至少5年以上家具行业或货架行业相关工作经验。

3) Good English, good command of drawings from abroad

英文良好,能够看懂国外图纸。

4) Capable to use measuring instruments correctly and skillfully

能够正确使用测量仪器,熟练使用相关测试设备。

5) Capable to draft simple quality report in English

可以独立草拟简单外文质量报告。

6) Serious and responsible work attitude, careful and strict in work ;

工作认真负责，严谨细致，有原则、纪律性。

7) Convenient transportation from home to company.

居住地离公司交通便利。
