5. Schedule and balance production on monthly & weekly basis;</sub>

_{6. According to the plant capacity and requirements of the customer, schedule production plan, Ensure the order’OTD to meet customer’s requirements.}

_{根据工厂的产能和客户要求的交货时间，编制合理的生产计划，确保订单准时交付。}

7. Strategically control and optimize material flow from suppliers and inside the plant；</sub>

_{控制和优化从供货方到厂内的物料流程；}

_{8. Control inventory at proper level to satisfy production, finance and customer requirement.}

_Logistics

_{9. Control logistic cost and improve logistic efficiency and logistic conformance.}

_{Performance Management}

_{10. Implement and monitor the supply chain key performance index conduct root cause analysis and action plans；}

_{实施和监控供应链的KPI,分析制定主要指标并实施计划；}

_{11. Participate in the plant improvement plan(Productivity, EH&S, Quality)；}

_{参与工厂的其他改善计划；}

_{12. Assess and ensure the Term development(Training, coaching and etc).}

_{13. Develop and control the budget (Transport, Headcount and etc).}

_{任职要求The requirement}

_{1. Bachelor degree above；}

_{2. More than 8 years work experience in supply chain/logistics field, more than 5 years in management level；}

_{3. Familiar with supply chain management like planning, purchasing, warehousing, logistic；}

_{4. Familiar with EPR system. Good computer skill；}

_{5. Be fluent in English and Mandarin；}

_{6. Teamwork player and good follow through；}

_{7. Strong abilities of leadership, communication and coordination, negotiation and convincing skills；}

_{8. Be good at planning and forecasting .}
