职位描述
JOB PURPOSE:
1. To work in the global customer service center (based in Kunshan) as the first job assignment.
2. To learn the full commercial operation process covering forecast/order/sourcing/manufacturing/stocking/shipment/billing/RMA
3. To build solid cross-functional experience and skills between finance and sales/manufacturing functions
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:
1. Process customer orders (perform credit check, confirm acceptance of orders, place intercompany POs to factory, coordinate on delivery dates, arrange shipments, issue invoices to customers).
2. Assist customer service manager on the cycle from sales forecast to manufacturing forecast and inventory control.
3. Prepare sales and A/R vouchers in accounting system.
4. Provide various sales analysis and A/R aging reports on daily and monthly basis.
5. Perform Sales closing and AR closing and other AR related month-end activities according to pre-determined time schedule.
6. Support factory finance and accounting work.
7. Other assignments on ad hoc basis.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: bachelor degree or above / CET 6+
Skills & Abilities: English (written & speaking), Willingness to communicate with people, Microsoft Office skills (esp. Excel spreadsheet)
