职位描述
JOB PURPOSE:
Provide excellent services to customers; ensure the projects run smoothly; ensure all communications with customers are in timely and efficient manner, maintain and improve the relationship with customers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:
1. Review and digest the product information from customers and covert all information into Shera standard RFQ format in timely manner; then call RFQ meeting to start the project.
2. Collect and verify all RFQ information; then review the FRQ with department manager.
3. Establish the BOM of new products.
4. Define the Pilot run and mass production schedule and lead the project team members to achieve the target. To ensure everything goes smoothly and all the issues being taken care of efficiently, account manager needs to follow up and monitor every process related to the project.
5. Set up the regular conference call with customers to review all action items and issues.
6. Handling customer PO, includes accurate & timely order and forecast entries and running of the ERP as well as dissemination of ERP updates and changes to other departments.
7. Communicate with both Shera internal departments and customers to ensure all engineering issues, customer orders, forecast, Quotation, RMA, complaint, and all requirements can be taken care of and resolved in timely and efficient manner.
8. Be responsible for tracking AR.
9. Paperwork creating and Documents filing.
10. Maintain and improve the good relationship with the customer.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: University degree in English related majors
Experience: At least 3 years experiences of project management on electronic products.
Skills & Abilities:
1. Good English writing and speaking are must
2. Need to be patient and thoughtful; can work under pressure.
3. Skilled in project management and familiar with engineering process of electronic product.
4. Have the sense to see overall situation and can make overall plans for the projects
5. Capable of handling multiple, complex tasks simultaneously.
