BASIC FUNCTION

To be responsible for the smooth and uninterrupted operation of BAC China infrastructure and key IT service including but not limited in Local & Wide Area Networks, Servers and telecom systems, Monitoring System, Email system, IT Security.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manage and maintain all BAC China Infrastructure including but not limited in Local & Wide Area Network, Servers, Business Application, Telecom systems and Email, Monitoring System, IT Security.

2. Manage the helpdesk to ensure the predefined SLA is achieved.

3. Manage IT asset library including software and hardware.

4. Be responsible for the plant cabling and further improvement and maintenance.

5. Be responsible for Disaster recovery plan implementation and ongoing practice of DRP.

6. Monitor IT infrastructure performance and resolve any existing problem, Oversee any IT infrastructure problem and seek solution.

7. Plan, deploy and manage all network equipment and configuration including switch, router, firewall, MPLS and so on.

8. Be responsible for security including Antivirus system monitor and improvement, backup system monitor and improvement.

9. Be responsible for Server OS and Application version control & bug fix and patch deployment in an economic and efficient method.

10. Assist in selection and implementation of software and hardware systems.

11. Be responsible for IT infrastructure documentation including but not limited in server documentation, network device configuration, Software and hardware installation and configuration method & process, Network chart, Patch Panel chart.

12. Be responsible for Infrastructure training documentation and user guidance compiling and update on regular basis.

13. Assist in any project implementation and development as directed.

14. Any other duties may be directed.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

1. Minimum 2 years similar experience.

2. IT project experience.

3. Experience in network administration including firewall and others, especially on Cisco equipment (Router,

Switch,firewall, etc), CCNA preferred.

4. Extensive knowledge and experience in Windows Server Operation system, Network management.

5. Must have experience in active directory, domain administration,must have experience in setting up and configuring new servers and maintaining existing servers.

6. Good talent of understanding and analysis.

7. Excellent English communication skill in reading, writing and speaking preferred.

8. Educated in computer, Tel communication, network etc.
