职位描述：

工作职责Responsibilities:

• 负责汽车涂装行业及相关行业的售后服务、技术支持、信息反馈/Mainly responsible for automotive coating and related industries after service, technical support, information feedback;
• 售后服务中的产品及整改项目交付、培训、回访等工作/After service products and modification projects delivery, training, paying return visit and so on;
• 制定汽车涂装行业的不同级别常规套餐服务标准，满足客户在设备售后的不同需求/Making different level automotive coating conventional package service standards, meet customers' different demand of equipment;
• 与客户商讨制定设备整改项目方案，协同设计部门完成整改项目工作/To discuss with customer to make equipment modification project plan,cooperate with design department to finish modification project work;
• 所辖范围技术文件、资料的完整，有效及安全管理，制定标准化作业流程/The scope of the technical documentation is complete, effective and safety management, formulate standardized operation process.;
• 带领汽车项目的服务团队/supervise the team of AS service;
• 经理分配的其他工作/Other tasks assigned by manager.

岗位要求Requirements:

• 本科以上学历，机械类专业/Bachelor degree and above in machinery field;
• 熟练使用Microstation软件/Familiar with Microstation software;
• 熟悉机械设备的维护工作/Familiar with mechanical equipment maintenance work;
• 熟练使用中英文交流/Good communication skill in both Chinese and English;
• 有一定的管理经验/have some management experience;
• 有两年以上机械行业工作经验,有涂装设备制造行业背景者优先/more than 2 years working experience in machinery companies, the background in the painting equipment manufacturing companies are plus;
• 能够配合公司需要加班和出差/be able to adapt to work overtime and business trip;
• 积极主动/Self-starter with to-do attitude;
• 责任心强, 能独立完成工作/Strong sense of responsibility and can with independent.
